Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and its unused state.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Should any product differ then the product description, damaged, tampered with or defective a full refund is shall be granted and we shall pay the return delivery costs.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will assist you with the return/exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Digital Items (Discount Codes, Coupons and Gift cards)
In the case of any intangible goods such as (but not limited to) discount codes, coupons, license keys and accounts refunds are only accepted if the items does not meet the product details specified on the product page of our website.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons which we cannot control, such as but limited to: changing your mind about a purchasing a discount code. This is due to the instant delivery system, and once we issue intangible goods such as discount codes and gift cards, it is not safe for us to re-issue these to other customs.
Discount codes must be redeemed by the customer before the expiration date which is listed in the product description page at the time of purchase, no refunds or exchanges can be made if the problem is reported after the expiration date.
Any such digital item such as discount code, coupon code or gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged once its been redeemed.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the original order date providing that the item has NOT yet been shipped. If the product has been shipped then you must follow the Return Policy above, The reasons for cancellation during the 24 hour period is not required.
